The tapping section is fairly straight forward, just keep an eye out for the slide 13-15 -12. To get the funky noises in the verses and bridges do a pinch harmonic on the 3rd fret and bend it up 2 tones, play another pinch harmonic while the string is still bent, then release, and finally hit the open string with a palm mute.
